Baratrum's Devil summary: 18 year old Scott Reaver is an extraordinarily talented street fighter who had an unshakeable pride- that is until an ambush by a mysterious assailant left him covered in wounds and planted a seed of doubt in his own self worth. Having recovered from his injuries, Scott sets out to become a Vindex- an elite mercenary, in the hopes it will lead him down the path to hunting down his assailant. His first obstacle- the rigorous Vindex entry exam.
