Can We Become Family? summary: Taken from a poor rural orphanage, Naviah Agnus was adopted by a wealthy duke. She longs for nothing more than her new father's love and approval. The Duke, however, sees Naviah as nothing more than a pawn to replace his gravely ill daughter Vivian, who was engaged to the head of the monarchy. When Vivian makes a sudden recovery, Naviah is discarded and left to face her own fate. After miraculously coming back to life, Naviah has reverted to her eight-year-old self, but this time she refuses to play the submissive role. Is it possible for them to truly become a family?
