Legend of Light summary: In the romantic novel Hikari no Densetsu, the main character is Hikari Kamijou, a junior high school student in the 1980s who dreams of becoming a top rhythmic gymnast. However, her insecurities and lack of success weigh her down. Nevertheless, she persists with unwavering determination and devotion to the sport, drawing inspiration from Diliana Georgieva, a renowned Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast. Together with three comrades who are pursuing their own aspirations, Hikari endeavors to enhance her routines, although she has much to learn and can be prone to carelessness.
